Cut the tops off of the peppers and remove the insides.

pre heat oven to 325

Stuff peppers with cream cheese

Wrap bacon slices around peppers end for end so the bacon holds in the cheese during cooking. Then pierce all the way through with a toothpick to hold the bacon.

Bake for twenty minutes or until bacon is crisp on a cookie sheet.
