boil eggs (when making hard boiled eggs puteggs in a pan and cover with cold water. bring to a boil and then turn off heat and let rest 5min)

peel eggs under cold running water

slice in half, put yolk in seperate bowl

add butter to warm yolk (thats important so if ur yolks got cold then nuke them for a second) and incorporate well with a fork

add the cream cheese and mix well with fork, make sure youre smashing the mix well, no lumps!

add sour cream and mix well

add mayonaise

add mustard, mixing

salt n pepper to taste

IF you like vinegar in your eggs, now is the time to add that

put the mix into a pipe bag or if youre like me...a plastic baggy w the corner cut off..fill your eggs and top with paprika

i usually over fill my eggs..i will always boil 2 more than i expect to fill purposly so i can over fill..so in my mind this recipe will do 12 egg halves.
