Steps

Put all ingredients in a4 gallon container with a secure lid

Let stay in container for 9 days starring each day and replacing the lid

after 9 days strain it. if ur gonna add more sugar to sweeten to ur taste, do so now.

if more sugar is added, keep in same container til stops working. strain again, cheese cloth works good
- 5
put in permanent container, seal but not to tightly, leave for several weeks. tighten once the wine has reached ur desired peak.

*For peach wine use peelings and over ripened pulp
