Ingredients

  • 1 tbspoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupsoaked Moong Dal
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspdry ginger powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspfennel powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  • as neededOil for deep frying

Steps

    Ek bowl me flour, salt and oil dalke achae milale.fir isme thodi thodi pani dalte huye soft atta tayar karein.fir isse dhakke 5,7 minute ke liye rest karne rakhe.

    Ab mixer bowl me dal ko pisle.
    Ab ek kadhai le or 1 spoon oil dale or isme cumin seeds or fennel powder, hing,coriander powder dalke milale fir isme posses huye dal dale bhune ab isme red chilli powder Salt, garam masala powder Coriander leaves dalke milale or stuffing ready.stuffing ko thanda hone de.

    Ab ate ka loyi todle.ek ek loyi le fir loi ko katori jeisa banake stuffing dalke pack karein or isse halka se belke kachodi ko oil me fry karein golden crispy hone tak.or serve karein enjoy!
