Steps

Heat a wok, add water to it and blanch all veggies, after 10 mins drain excess water from veggies and keep aside.

On other side, heat another wok add butter and all Purpose Flour and stir till it's light pink.

Then constantly stir and add little by little mink and make a sauce, flame should be medium.

Add sugar, Black pepper, and salt to taste to sauce and keep stiring sauce as we don't want any lumps in it.

Add blanched veggies to sauce and cook for 10 mins.

After 10 mins add cream and half cup cheese to Vegetable Au Gratin.

Now in Microsafe bowl add Vegetable Au Gratin and garnish with some cheese.

Bake at 180 degree for 30 mins.

After 30 mins cool down little then serve.
