Ingredients

  • 1.5 cupChopped Carrot
  • 1 CupChopped beans
  • 1 CupChopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup all Purpose Flour
  • 1 cupfresh cream
  • 1 tbspsalted butter
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 2 cupGrated Cheese
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 ltr Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a wok, add water to it and blanch all veggies, after 10 mins drain excess water from veggies and keep aside.

  2. 2

    On other side, heat another wok add butter and all Purpose Flour and stir till it's light pink.

  3. 3

    Then constantly stir and add little by little mink and make a sauce, flame should be medium.

  4. 4

    Add sugar, Black pepper, and salt to taste to sauce and keep stiring sauce as we don't want any lumps in it.

  5. 5

    Add blanched veggies to sauce and cook for 10 mins.

  6. 6

    After 10 mins add cream and half cup cheese to Vegetable Au Gratin.

  7. 7

    Now in Microsafe bowl add Vegetable Au Gratin and garnish with some cheese.

  8. 8

    Bake at 180 degree for 30 mins.

  9. 9

    After 30 mins cool down little then serve.

  10. 10

    It's a best way to consume lots of veggies. Do try!!!
