
Lime Herb Veal with Bacon

add fresh chopped herbs, lime juice and olive oil into small bowl

mix the marinade and apply to veal steaks

careful not to dump marinade out.

put veal steaks on frying pan on medium-low (5/6) setting heat
- 5
fry the steaks until light in color then turn heat up to medium-high heat (setting 7/8)

after veal steaks are done cooking, on another frying pan fry the bacon strips until crispy.

use leftover marinade on asparagus and throw asparagus plus marinade into the first frying pan from veal and fry until half crunchy.
