Ingredients

1 lbPeas - fresh or frozen
8 ozBacon - sliced 1/2" thick, cooked until almost crisp.
1/2 cupMayo
1/2 cupSour Cream
1/4 cupLemon Juice
1 stalkCelery - diced
3Scallions - sliced, including green part.
1Salt & Pepper to taste.

Steps

Combine every thing but the peas in a bowl until well mixed.

Gently fold in peas until combined.

Chill for an hour and serve.

This is great! I make it all the time. I add shredded cheddar cheese and water chestnuts.
