Cooking Instructions

line tray with baking paper and pre heat oven
- 2
mix cookie dough according to the packet.
- 3
flatten cookie dough mix on the bottom of the tray, make sure to cover the whole tray as this is ur base
- 4
layer a single layer of oreos on top of the cookie dough,
- 5
mix brownie mix according to package and pour over the oreos.

bake for 30 min, allow to cool when done. best served warm

I have been making these for yrs now and my 4 son's go crazy for them as well as everyone else!. I usually have to male them for parties and holiday's as well!. Lil tip, if you cut the cooking time by 10 minutes they will be like a lava cake inside and completely gooey, moist and delicious!!! ;)

These are the ultimate brownie! They seem to be doing the rounds on social media right now, usually with Oreo's in the middle layer and coloured sprinkles in the cookie dough. You can really go mad and put what ever you want in them, but the basic recipe is one layer cookie dough and one layer brownie. Here is my recipe, but you could easily just use shop bought cookie dough and brownie mix. The brownies recipe is one I have used for years, I find it really simple and never goes wrong, it's a great recipe on its own if you are short on ingredients and time.
