1/2 cupLow-fat or fat-free yoghurt (Greek or French vanilla are my favourites)
1/2 cupLow-fat or skim milk
1 tsphoney (or more)

Steps

Cut up banana and place in blender (or jug if using a hand blender)

Add honey, yoghurt and milk

Blend on medium speed or until smooth
4

Serve with icecream or fruit and enjoy!
