peel tomatillos ,garlic and onion and wash away stickyness.

box bellpepper and rough dice it and onion.

destem jalepeno and wash.( note :if you want it spicy use extra jalepenos as this recipe is mild).

place jalepeno,onion,garlic,bellpepper and tomatillos in large pot and add water till everything is submerged.

boil until tomatillos break.

blend it very well and set aside.

cut pork shoulders into 1 inch chunks leaving out big portions of fat.

in a bowl coat pork with salt making sure all is well covered. repeat with granulated garlic and cumin.

evenley coat with corn masa and deep fry until golden brown.

place pork into pot with verde sauce and simmer until its tender.
