Place tortillas on a baking sheet and bake in a 350°F oven, turning over every 5 minutes, until they are hard and slightly crispy, but do not break

Remove from oven. Top each tortilla as you choose, with enough cheese to at least cover the center

Return to oven and bake until the edges of the cheese browns, and the tortillas are browned.
