preheat oven 350

fry pork chops on both sides until brown

add onion, green peppers, garlic, salt, pepper

place pork chops in baking dish

fry potatoes with onion, green peppers until they get brown and pour over chops

add cans of Stewed Tomatoes

bake covered 45 min
