4Chicken leg quarters
1Hot cajun seasoning to taste. I perfer Slap Ya Mama but any local brand will work.

preheat oven to 350°F

rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry.

place chicken in cast iron skillet and season.

place in oven and cook for 1 1/2 hours flip half way through cook time.
