Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 lbchuck roast
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 4scallion onion
  • 1 1/2 tbspred pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cupworsteshire sauce
  • 1/2 cupbroth, chicken or beef
  • 1extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 1/4 ozcan Campbells beef gravy

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat 2 inch deep frying pan after drizzling olive oil to cover

  2. 2

    add garlic, minced

  3. 3

    add scallion, chopped

  4. 4

    add half of worsteshire

  5. 5

    sice beef roast thinly, removing majority of fat

  6. 6

    pour remaining worsteshire sauce over meat

  7. 7

    add red pepper flakes

  8. 8

    add broth

  9. 9

    cook on medium high for 30-45 minutes covered, turning periodically

  10. 10

    add can of gravy, cook 15 more minutes

Came out good and tender....i added mushrooms. I do think i would reduce the woshteshire sauce....but all in all a good recipe
