  • 10 gramsSalted Butter
  • 2 largeEggs
  • 175 mlLow Fat Milk
  • 1 pinchChili Flakes
  • 1 pinchCoarse Black Pepper
  • 1 pinchSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan. Low heat. Insert butter. Wait till melt.

  2. 2

    Put in the eggs. Immediately put in the Low Fat Milk

  3. 3

    Put in the chili flakes, coarse black pepper and salt.

  4. 4

    Stir softly (dont overly scramble)

  5. 5

    Serve in plate with medium cooked look.
