8 sliceCrumbled Bacon
3 mediumEggs
1 cupFlour
1/2 cupItalian bread crumbs
1/2 tspBlack pepper

Cook bacon in skillet. Reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon grease.

Mix flour,italian bread crumbs, pepper, and crumbled bacon in a bowl.

Beat eggs in seperate bowl.

Heat skillet to medium high.

Take cube steak and dip into egg mixture. Then dip into flour mixture. Place in skillet.

Fry steaks 7 minutes on each side.
