dice orange pepper

slice and half sausage

in a lrg skillet cook and saute meat and pepper

beat eggs in a bowl

after sausage and peppers are cooked add egg

reduce heat

stir until egg is fluffy

remove from heat

place in a glass baking dish

sprinkle cheese

place in oven 350 5 - 8 minutes or until cheese is melted

microwave works just as well as oven
