  • 50 mlsoy
  • 2 largerump steaks
  • 2 pinchsea salt

  1. 1

    marinate steaks in 400 ml of soy sauce

  2. 2

    add a little olive oil to pan then the 100ml of remaining soy sauce

  3. 3

    heat pan

  4. 4

    place steaks on

  5. 5

    regularly turn until just after sides have turned brown, leave a minute then place on plate and serve with garlic mash and bacon
