
Gooey soft chocolate cake

Preheat the oven to 180 C

Line a 9 inch baking tin with baking paper and butter and flour it.

Mix together all dry ingredients with a hand whisk and if you want to you can sieve them as well.

Mix all wet ingredients except the boiling water in a bowl and add them all to the dry ingredients and mix till the batter is smooth and lump free.

Add boiling water in the bowl and mix slowly else it will spill. Mix till everything is fully incorporated and there are no lumps. This batter is very thin almost like a chocolate sauce dont worry it will come together beautifully.

Bake for about 30 mins till a skewer comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let it cool for 10 mins. Reverse on a wire rack and cool fully if you want to ice the cake else just dig in!
