on the dough, preheat oven on 400°F and bake on 400°F.in a 9"pie pan

in a medium bowl,sift the flour, mix flour and butter with your fingers, mix until bough is crumble,

add salt, dried parmesan, egg beatened and 1 tablespoone of water, mix with dough mixer for 4 minutes on medium speed.or with bladed knife, until dough is mixed well, add more water to make dough is soft not stickey.cover with plastic wrap, place in refrigerator for 30 minutes

mean while make the pizza sauce,in a saucepan, tomato paste, 1 can of water, Italian seasoning, parsley flakes, basil leaves chopped and salt and pepper.mix well cook on medium heat, untill the sauce get thick again. remove from heat let it set.

pizza dough after 30 mimutes, take out refrigerator, on a floured surface, roll out pizza dough, for a 9" :inch pie pan. shap dough into pan,

add sauce spread evenly, add mozzarella cheese,

bake pie shell for 10 minutes covered with foil, take back out of oven, remove foil and top, I made my pizza half and half.chicken half pepperoni, top with topping and put in oven. and bake for 15 minutes uncovered.or untill golden brown.
