    brown , drain and season to taste

  2. 2

    chop lettuce, tomatoes , grate your cheese

  3. 3

    soak beans then boil until tender

  4. 4

    then I blend 3/4th for smoothness wit a little chunks

  5. 5

    boil rice wit a mix of stewed tomatoes and peppers season for spanish rice
