Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk, oil, vanilla extract, and mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes, (1000 watt) microwave. This time can change depending on your microwave. The cake will rise to top of mug or over, don't be alarmed! :-)

Allow to cool a little, and eat right out of mug or tip onto a plate.

This is so rich and gooey you can make it serve 2 :-)
