1/2 cupHellmanns mayonnaise with olive oil
1/2 cupPickled jalapeños, diced
1/2 cupSweet pickles, diced
1/4 cupWhole grain mustard
1/2 cupFresh chives
4Warm baked potatoes
1/4 cupToasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

Steps

Mix mayonnaise, jalapeños, sweet pickles, mustard and chives in a large bowl. Burst the potatoes and crumble apart. Add them to the mayonnaise mixture. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Top with toasted pumpkin seeds and serve.
