Bake chicken at 350 for 40 minutes.

Prepare rice. Add Cajun seasoning into the pot while it cooks.

Dice broccoli. Throw it, black beans, corn and onions into a frying pan at medium high heat. Season with black pepper.

Shred chicken and add it and the rice to the frying pan. Cook covered on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
