Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  • 3ripe bananas
  • 2eggs
  • 2/3 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cupOatmeal (flour)
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 3 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1 cupfrozen blueberries

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. 2

    Mash bananas in bowl

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients EXCEPT blueberries and mix together

  4. 4

    After ingredients are thoroughly mixed together add frozen blueberries

  5. 5

    Fill muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes

  6. 6

    Let cool and enjoy!
