Egg la harina

I would like give credit to that not so famous cook who made some lovely snacks outside my college hostel premises.
I was idle that evening and was having sips of tea when I saw this old man cooking and this one recipe stayed back in my subconscious mind.
This is a quick snack for evening.
Hope you guys will like it.

I would like give credit to that not so famous cook who made some lovely snacks outside my college hostel premises.
I was idle that evening and was having sips of tea when I saw this old man cooking and this one recipe stayed back in my subconscious mind.

Steps

Boil the eggs
- 2
Mix gram flour in warm water to make it kind of a paste and add salt to taste

After the eggs are boiled cut them into half
- 4
On a frying pan put oil and after its a bit warm
- 5
Dip the eggs in the flour paste roll it and then deep fry.
- 6
Fry chili and while frying sprinkle a pinch of salt on it
- 7
Serve hot, preferably with red sweet and sour chilli sauce
