COOK INSTANT RAMEN ,by bringing a pot of water to a boil then add dried instant ramen and let it simmer for 3 minutes then drain dry and mix in the seasoning and and set aside

FOR THE BACON ,,Coat the uncured bacon with the red fermented beancurd ( sparingly as its very salty) by mashing it up with a fork and 1 tbsp of water

With little oil pan fried the bacon till its cooked and crispy for about 5 to 8 minutes depending on the thickness of the bacon

Serve immediately, noodle and bacon then drizzle some sesame oil and scallion With some tomato slice
