Ingredients

  1. 2thick pork chops
  2. 1/2 tspgarlic mince
  3. 1/3 tspblack pepper
  4. oil spray
  5. 1/4 tspseasoned salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the pork chops with the garlic, pepper and salt. Leave in fridge for at least 2 hours.

  2. 2

    Spray grill pan when ready to cook. Let it heat before adding the pork.

  3. 3

    Cook on each side between 10-15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve when ready.
