Note: This recipe can replace 1 box of store-bought white cake mix.

If you do not have dried milk or powdered buttermilk, replace water (the water called for in cake recipe)with milk (a smidgen more than amount of water) when using mix.

Combine dries in medium bowl.

Store mixed dries in airtight baggy.

When using this mix in a cake, add vanilla extract.

(If necessary) Add list of extra directions into bag with mix.
