Peppers Fresh Spare Ribs 10 Minutes To Prepared 2 Hours To Cook

Steps
- 1
Cut the cloves as small as u can, I don't like it into a paste because I feel that the ribs do not get the seasoning as much. Mix the dice cloves, salt and peppers together.
- 2
Make sure that your ribs is rinse, as you can see I pre cut my rack of ribs so that the seasoning can get into it
- 3
Rub the seasoning unto the ribs as much as you want, you can either put the ribs into a bag and let it get the flavor for an hour before cooking, or you can put it in the oven right away.
- 4
I put aluminum foil on the oven rack and place the ribs right on top. Make sure to heat up your oven to 400°F. After couple minutes. Bring it down to 340 or 350 depending on how big is your rack
- 5
Since I cook for a family of 3 my rack wasn't that big. Let the ribs cook for about 2 hours. Every half(30) hour check and turn the ribs so that each side cooks the same
