1/2 pinchsalt
1 eachegg
1 cupmilk
30 gramsbutter

sift flour and salt into a medium bowl and make a well in the middle

melt the butter
3

beat the egg and milk in a separate bowl and stir in melted butter
4

add the milk/egg/butter mixture to the flour and whisk till smooth
5

cook in a medium hot frypan
