in a pan fry your bacon render it well till crisp

sauté the onions in bacon drippings remove when soft add beef half garlic and half salt cook till brown remove cook sausage

for the sauce add sauce ,half the garlic, all the sugar, basil, half salt, heat add paste stir to mix well

take pizza dough half roll out add sauce to the whole dough and other toppings to half of the side of dough fold over the dough tuck and crimp the sides I dont have a working oven did it in a pan on stove top

heat oil. in the eggroll wrappers place ingredients you likke in the center in a diamond way where one corner is straight up amd opposing striaght down fold side corners in to the center then fold bottom up to to and roll the egg roll upwet the corner with a bit of water and stick to side to hold in place deep fry till golden brown

the one I call the jalapeño popper eggroll consist of cream cheese and jalapeño
