Dice jalapeño and mix cream cheese,Monterey jack and bacon crumbles together.

Beat milk and eggs together in a bowl.

Then poor bread crumbs in a large bowl

Heat cooking oil in deep fryer.

Roll mix into 1/2 inch balls

Then coat with flower, then deep into egg mixture and coat with bread crumbs.

Finally drop in oil. When they are golden brown drain on brown paper towl
