Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 15 ozChickpeas
  2. 2 tbspLow-sodium Soy Sauce
  3. 1 1/2 tbspHoney (or Agave Nectar)
  4. 2 tspRice Vinegar
  5. 1 tspSriracha
  6. 1Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  7. 1/2 lbSnow Peas, Chopped
  8. 1/2 cupBrown Rice, Cooked

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, rice vinegar, and sriracha.

  2. 2

    Line a skillet with a thin layer of oil and saute the pepper slices and snow peas until tender, 4-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add in the sauce and chickpeas, and cook until heated through.

  4. 4

    Serve with a side of cooked rice
