Ingredients

  1. 16 ozFrozen mixed veggies
  2. 10 3/4 ozCondensed cream of potatoe soup
  3. 3/4 cupWhole milk
  4. 1 1/8 tspground black pepper
  5. 2 cupRotisserie chicken meat, 1/2 inch pieces
  6. 10 oz1 pkg, 10-12 ounces, refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (each cut into corners)

Steps

    Preheat oven to 400º.

  2. 2

    In non-stick 12 inch skillet, combine frozen veggies, undiluted soup, milk, and pepper.

  3. 3

    Cover and cook on medium high heat until veggies are thawed, stirring once.

  4. 4

    Stir in chicken.

  5. 5

    Transfer chicken mixture to shallow 3-1/2 to 4-quart casserole or 13" by 9" ceramic or glass baking dish.

  6. 6

    Top with biscuit quarters, leaving space between pieces.

  7. 7

    Bake 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are browned and mixture is heated through.
