Steps
- 1
Boil noodles 7 minutes till al dente. Do not over cook! Set aside.
- 2
In separate large bowl combine melted butter (entire stick) & all 6eggs. Beat together till well-blended. Then add oil, both sugars, the vanilla and cinnamon. Whip it all together till very well blended.
- 3
Return the boiled noodles to their original cooking pot. Add 1/2 bag of golden raisins, all the cottage cheese, and the can of apple pie filling. Blend thoroughly. Pour the butter-sugar mixture over the noodles and mix thoroughly. Mixture will be loose. It should be, don't worry!
- 4
Add the noodle mixture to a 9" x 13" baking dish sprayed with PAM. Place in 350* oven and bake at least one hour or until the top noodles are crispy and ingredients are thoroughly cooked.
