Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgchicken
  2. 4onions finely chopped
  3. 4tomatoes grinded
  4. 1 cupcream
  5. 2 spoonginger paste
  6. 10-12garlic chopped.
  7. 5-6laung
  8. 2badi elaichi
  9. 1/4 spooncinnamon powder
  10. 2bay leaves
  11. as tasteSalt
  12. 1 tbsndegi mirch
  13. 1 tbsn garam masala
  14. 3 tbsn chicken masala
  15. 100 gmsamul butter
  16. as tasteSalt
  17. Coriander chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a shallow pan put butter when it starts melting add bay leaves laung badi elaichi and cinnamon powder

  2. 2

    Fry it for 1 min than add chopped garlic saute it and add onions and chicken (washed)together

  3. 3

    Saute them for 10 minutes at medium flame...now add tomatoes salt degi mirch garam masala and mix it properly

  4. 4

    After 5 minutes add chicken masala to it and mix..

  5. 5

    Now cover it with lid at sim flame for 10 minutes..

  6. 6

    After that add cream in it and mix it properly again cover it with lid for 20 minutes...just mix again again in between...

  7. 7

    After 20 min switch off the gas and add coriander and mix it properly...

  8. 8

    Serve hot
