In a pan heat ghee,add cashew,jeera,stir fry till cashew golden then add boiled rice and mix well

In a pan add boiled tuvar dal,add green chilli,salt and 1 cup water,let it boil for 10 min.

In a pan add oil,cumin seeds,asafetida,curry leaves,chopped onions,chopped garlic,ginger paste,cook for 1 min.Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till soft then add red chilli powder and add this tadka in to boiled dal

Then in a serving dish add jeera rice and serve with dal fry,garnish with chopped coriander and curry leaves steam
