Ingredients

  • 3 cuprice
  • 1 cupurad dal
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 3 tablespoonchopped coriander
  • 3 tablespoonchopped spring garlic
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonsambhar masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak dal,rice separate for 4 hours

  2. 2

    Then grind smooth paste by adding water,salt

  3. 3

    Let it ferment for7_8 hours

  4. 4

    In a bowl add oil,chopped coriander,spring garlic,red chilli powder,Sambhar masala,and mix well

    On a dosa tawa apply dhosa better sprinkle masala oil and cook till crispy

    Serve with coconut chutney
