Ingredients

  • For bhakhri
  • 2 cupcoarsely ground wheat flour
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 tablespoonghee
  • For bangan bhartha_250 grams big size Brinjals
  • 1 cupblanched spinach pury
  • 1/2 cupchopped onions
  • 2 cupchopped tomatoes
  • 2 cupchopped spring onion
  • 3 tablespoonginger,chilli,garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonkitchen king masala
  • 1 tablespooncumin coriander powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tablespoonchopped coriander,spring garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt,oil,and required water and make tight daugh

  2. 2

    Now make ball and role thick roti,put it on Tawa and cook both side on medium to low flame till Brown spot then apply ghee on it

  3. 3

    Grease the Brinjals with/4 teaspoon oil and roast it till black in colour then remove the skin and mash the Brinjals

  4. 4

    In a pan add ghee add ginger,chilli,garlic paste,chopped onions and cook for 2 min.Then add chopped tomatoes,spring onion and add salt,red chilli powder,cumin coriander powder,kitchen king masala and mix well

  5. 5

    Then add blanched spinach pury and roasted Brinjals and cook for2 min.

  6. 6

    Then serve with masala butter milk,and papad
