Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgranulated sugar and brown sugar
  2. 1 cupshortening
  3. 3eggs
  4. 1/2 cupraisins
  5. 1/2 cupnuts
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 2 cupthree minutes oats
  8. 1 1/2 cupflour
  9. 2 tspbaking powder
  10. 1 tbspcinnamon
  11. 1 tspvinegar

  1. 1

    cream shortening and eggs. add eggs and beat. sift flour with baking powder, salt and cinnamon and beat all together. last add raisins nuts and oatmeal.drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. bake at 375 for 10 minutes
