Steps

Saute the onions in oil, add ginger and garlic, fry them till golden brown.

Chop the meat into piece add them in the mixture, stir and cover the sauce pan till the meat is dark brown.

Add tomato paste and pilau masala into the mixture and stir till well mixed.

Add the pishori rice, stir then add warm water till is slightly raised above the mixture, add salt and soy sauce and stir.

Cover the sauce pan and cook for 15 minutes.

Serve hot with vegetable salad.come
