  • 1/2 cupheavy cream
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 4 ozsour cream
  • 6 ozmini marshmallows
  • 1 cupmandarin orange segments
  • 1 cupchopped pineapple
  • 1 cupcoconut
  • 1 cupchopped pecans
  • 1/2 cupmaraschino cherries

Steps

  1. 1

    Place cream and sugar in a bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form

  2. 2

    Add sour cream and whisk to combine

  3. 3

    Add marshmallows, oranges, pineapple, coconut, pecans, and cherries and stir to combine

  4. 4

    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours
