Cook Sausage until done ~ add to sauce ~ cover & simmer little bit. Cook noodles ~ lay out flat. In Ricotta Cheese add 1 part Romano Cheese & Parsley Flakes; if using Parmason Cheese add a little Thyme. Layer noodles, sauce, cheese; ending with cheese. Bake 350 for about 45 min.
