Ingredients

  1. 5 cupcoconut meat, (not to old meat)
  2. 3 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1 tspvanilla essence
  4. 1 eachcalamansi skin
  5. 1 1/2 cupwater for boiling

Cooking Instructions

    heat pan

    put water with coconut meat

  3. 3

    when d meat is on its tender stage add the sugar then stir untill it become sticky and lil hard

  4. 4

    after adding sugar add the vanilla essence and d calamansi skin,

  5. 5

    remove from heat and put in a banana leaf and let dry for a while f u want it wet its fine, for a best result let it sleep in a fridge or eat with bread,:-)
