Ingredients

  1. 30 ozfrozen hash brown potatoes
  2. 28 ozchicken broth
  3. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  4. 1/2 cupchopped green onions
  5. 8 ozcream chseese
  6. 8 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled (or use bscon bits salad topping)
  7. 1shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a Crockpot, combine potatoes, soups, and onions. Cook on low for 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Add bacon and cream cheese. Turn Crockpot to high and cook another 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Use a whisk to blend cheese into soup until smooth. Serve topped with some shredded cheddar cheese.
