Steps

Add Besan,suji,curd,oil, sugar, turmeric and salt in a mixing bowl.

Add enough water and make a dhokla batter.

Now add eno and mixwell.

Pour batter in a dhokla mold and steamed on low flame for 10 minutes.

Add oil in a pan,when heat the oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves when crackle spread this tadka on dhokla.

Cut into pieces and serve yummy dhokla.
