Steps

Wash both chillies wipe it and cut into small pieces

Take oil put jeera, hing ginger,pieces of green chillies and salt

Add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder and mix all and saute

Add one cup of water

Cover it and let the water evaporate

Let it cool and grind into paste

While grinding add half katori vinegar
- 8
Green chilli sauce is ready
