Steps

Peel potatoes and slice them evenly and thinly

Wash till clean

Soak in vinegar for 30 minutes for extra crispness

Heat oil in a deep frying pan or sufuria till hot

Carefully dip in the potato slices and cook till crisp
- 6
Blot extra oil using serviettes. Add salt to taste.

Let cool and enjoy
