Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFoxtail millet
  2. 1/2 cup eachMoong chilka, chana and urad dhuli daal....
  3. 1/2 cupRice...
  4. 1 tea spoonFenugreek seeds
  5. as neededOil...
  6. to tasteSalt and green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Soak foxtail millet, rice and all daals separately for 4 to 6 hours

  2. 2

    Add fenugreek seeds also while soaking

  3. 3

    Grind all above items separately and mix all the batters in a bowl, add salt and keep for some time for fermentation

  4. 4

    Now grease tawa and put a ladleful of the batter and spread like dosa and cook until brown. U may add stuffing of your choice or enjoy as it is

  5. 5

    This can be enjoyed with sambhar and coconut chutney or any sauce
